Designated Agency in Nevada  – CE# 4242000.RE – (Agency or General)

Goal: The goal of this 3 hour course is to enable the participants to have a working knowledge of Designated Agency as it affects real estate licensees in the practice of real estate in Nevada. Objectives: Participants will be able to

  1. Be aware of the history of Agency in Nevada.
  2. Be aware of the implementation of NRS-645 as a result of legislation that changed Agency in Nevada effective January 1, 1996.
  3. Be knowledgeable of disclosures that relate to Agency in Nevada
  4. Have a working knowledge of the Duties Owed by a Nevada Real Estate Licensee.
  5. Know the distinction between Dual Agency and Multiple Representation

Legislative Law 2021 – CE# 7230000.RE – (Legislative Law or General)

The goal for this 3 hour course is to enable the participants to have a thorough working knowledge of all licensing requirements, various disclosures requirements required by the Nevada Real Estate Division. Plus any changes to the Nevada Administrative Code. Discussions regarding business brokerage and current legislation from the division level to the Senate requirements. Additional topics discussed will include selling manufactured housing, landlord/tenant issues and an update on advertising within the law.

Nevada Real Estate Division Complaints – CE# 5531000.RE (Broker Management or General)

This 3 – hour course will educate brokers and sales managers in the Real Estate Division complaint and the hearing process. Review of the most common complaints that are filed with the Division so that brokers and managers are aware of them and learn how to prevent them in their daily practice.

Writing & Presenting the Offer to Purchase – CE# 5015000.RE – (Contracts or General)

The goal of this unit is to enable the participants to have a working knowledge of client relationships, to identify the steps in working with buyers to prepare the completed Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA), present the offer, write counteroffers, and create an estimated closing cost sheet.

Advanced Analysis of the Residential Purchase Agreement – CE# 3633000.RE – (Contracts or General)

This 3 hour advanced contracts class meets the requirement for contracts designation.
The course objective is for the agent to improve the intermediate licensee’s professional knowledge and enable them to better explain contracts. Students will also learn to to identify the required disclosures using the RPG. Provide current information on the Residential Purchase Agreement including the latest changes for 2008. Identify problem area of writing a contract and understand FIRPTA, multiple offers and financing addendums.

Mortgage Finance in a New Age – CE# 5179000.RE – (General)

This goal of this 3 hour class will help you to identify problems that prevent closing, mortgage disclosure information, good faith estimates and settlement statements, pre approval vs. pre qualification, purchase contracts and loan programs available.

The Basics of Property Management Contracts- CE# 5633001.RE

This 3 hour course is to help to educate the Real Estate Professional in the fundamentals of preparing the property management agreement. Will reinforce how to screen a tenant and remain in compliance with Fair Housing. A review of the Nevada Residential Landlord Tenant laws and special issues in the purchase agreement that impact tenants and security deposits.
